How to I solve a MSINET.ocx error?

Download MSINET.OSX from http://activex.microsoft.com/controls/vb6/msinet.cab
Save msinet.ocx into your Windows\System directory.
(Winnt\System32 in NT, 2000 and XP. The directory on your computer that you see a lot of .ocx files)
Click Start. Then click Run.
In the Open box, type regsvr32.exe msinet.ocx to register the file.

I am getting a DLL error message.

For run-time errors, missing dll files (like msvbvm60.dll), you need to download and install Visual Basic 6 runtime files from the following website:
